Engagement

By hiring the studio you agree that scope, price, and timeline live in a written proposal. Verbal extras are not in the contract until they are written and priced.

Intellectual property

On full payment, custom work product is assigned to you. Our own products, design system, and prior components remain ours, licensed as needed for your use.

Limitation

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is capped at fees paid for the statement of work that gave rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
